Booking Info

BOOKING
If you want to make a booking, you have to visit our website www.airportflats.be. Please include all necessary details (passport copy, passport number, arrival/departure dates, payment method, how many persons, etc.) to ensure a quick check-in.
Airport Flats will ensure the accuracy of the bookings, in the unlikely event of double booking, Airport Flats will provide another room/bed at equal or more superior quality at no extra charge if not fully booked.

PAYMENTS
Terms of Payment
Airport Flats will issue a receipt for the full amount of the stay on the date of arrival. Payments can be made via our website www.airportflats.be via credit/debit card which allows – MasterCard, Visa or Maestro/Bancontact.
Full payment is due befor arrival at Airport Flats, unless clearly agreed otherwise between Airport Flats and the guest.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Upon arrival, all guests MUST provide sufficient identification (passport).
Earliest check-in time: 3:00 PM
Latest check-out time: 11:00 AM
For early or late check-in / check-out times
For any special requests, please sent an e-mail to your support team.

3rd PARTY KEY COLLECTION
The roomkey can only be obtained by another person if:
-the person collecting the key has a copy of the bookers ID
-the booker sends an e-mail with the request to have another person collecting the keys
-the person collecting the keys needs to present his ID, this one will be stored in our system conform GDPR standards.

CLEANING
All cleaning costs are included in the price of the stay. The cleaning will happen every 5 days. You can also request an additional cleaning session during your stay fora n additional fee (€65).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non refundable reservations
The reservation will be charged in the next 24h after creating the booking. Changes to the reservation and cancelling without fee is not possible.
The cancellation fee will be the full price of the reservation

Individual guests
When cancelled less then 24h before the arrival date the first 3 nights will be charged.
In case of no-show the full reservation will be charged.
Reservations of 5 nights and more can be cancelled free of charges up to 7 days before the arrival date.
When cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date the first night will be charged.
When cancelled less the 24h before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

For certain periods there are non-refundable reservations. This means that the credit card will be charged the same day as the booking is made and there will be no refunds in case of cancellation.

All cancellations need to be made by e-mail, and will only be valid when confirmed through our reception.

Airport Flats reserves the right to charge the cancellation costs from the provided credit card details.
The management retains the right to decide unequivocally in any case of disagreement.

The landlord is entitled to terminate the lease contract at all times, but in no case later than 5 P.M. in the evening preceding the day on which the stay of the tenant commences, due to organizational reasons and/or due to a lack of trust on the part of the landlord with regard to the tenant. In case of termination of the contract, the already paid sums  advances will be repaid to the tenant, without the ability of the tenant to ask for any additional compensation or indemnities.

The tenant will be able to cancel a reservation, only if he explicitly opted for this option at the time of making the reservation and under the conditions under which such a cancellation may take place.

The landlord has the possibility to terminate current agreements, either immediately if it is established that the tenant causes damage and/or disturbs the peace, either within 12 hours in case the landlord is required to prematurely terminate the lease contract due to organizational reasons. It is exclusively in the second case that the tenant will have any sums or cash advancements on account of the cancelled stay reimbursed. The landlord will at all times be able to seek redress for actual damages from the tenant.
